THE VALIDITY OF TRUTH
Truth; as a measure of Perception, becomes one, when used to measure.
Double-speak, no…but a descriptive Term, simple in form, for a very complex function of ‘reality’. Actually, very Poetic, and I can’t claim the Creation, this is Truth, as it was told to me, from Shamans, Poets, Psychiatrists, and Psychics, and will now attempt to share.
ALL TRUTHS ARE VALID.
As Albert Einstein once said, when trying to describe Quantum Physics, “LIFE is, as we Perceive it to be”. This has been shown in the famous; Double-Slit Experiment, in which single ‘Photons’ of Light, are directed at a Panel with two equal slits cut-into, originally showed that it travelled as a ‘wave-function’, but when they attempted to view the Experiment, in process, it showed that the Photons travelled as ‘Particles’. It has been concluded that, ‘Consciousness’ affects Physical reality. This Experiment has been reproduced many times.
Our Universe has Physical properties, and appears to have ‘corrective’ limitations, it logically follows that; Conscious choice, is very probably the only thing that can change Physical reality. Which, makes Conscious Intelligence, a part of the continuing creation of the Universe!
There are three ‘forms’ of Truth:
1. ‘Personal’ Truth; The ‘Lowest’ form of Truth, Like Religion, or Politics, Personal Truth is changeable, and is Valid for you, but may not be Valid for others. May require ‘belief’, to be Valid.
2. ‘World’ Truths; Like Climate, or Gravity, these are physical Truths that affect all, with or without acceptance.
3. ‘Universal’ Truths; The ‘highest’ form of Truth, like the Term: Consciousness affects reality, they affect all things equally.
Although Personal Truth can be called the lowest Form of Truth, it is no less a Valid Truth, than the ‘higher’ forms. Even though Personal Truths may conflict with, or contradict others Personal Truths. Each individually Conscious Entity, equally affects their ‘reality’, and, when another’s Personal Truth contradicts ours, there is a tendency to Deny the Validity of their Truth. Obviously this can cause Confusion, even Enmity, when all we really have to do is tolerate or respect an opposing perception, a ‘right’ to be equally Valid. Think of the term; Quantum Entanglement, each Conscious Entity an equal part of this Creation by Perception.
I just want to note, none of the Labels to differentiate these Levels of Truth, are of my choosing, but have been part of what I’ve learned, from many sources, and these Labels have worked well in my perception, and stood up to Time and Investigation.
I regard a World Truth as a Physical Truth, which, by it’s existence, is proof, that other, non-physical Truths, exist. Both physical and non-physical, are Truths that act on all existence without belief in, or faith. The Fact that Consciousness affects reality, is a good Example of a World, or even Universal Truth. But Modern Physics is close to becoming Metaphysical, even considering that our Universe might be Holographic!
Other examples of World Truths are; the Earth’s Orbit around the Sun, Weather’s affect on Soil, Gravity affects Time and even bends Light.
NOTHING IN THIS UNIVERSE IS WASTED.
This Truth exemplifies a Universal truth, defined. Like the famous Astronomer, Carl Sagan, was once quoted, ” We are the Stuff of Stars”, or Biblically; “Dust to Dust”. Universal Truths affect both Personal and World Truths, in other words; we can find Universal Truths expressed in both the other forms, but these Truths stand apart from, while being a part of these Truths.
Problems arise when Personal Truths, try to define higher forms of Truth: Allahu Akbar, God is great! It is a very simple praise of the Creative Force of the Universe, but is, very publically used before causing Destructive acts. The very Term: “God”, tends to paint this Creator as; Male, and so I use the term; TAO, to describe what I personally feel, because, in Chinese, the meaning becomes multiple definitions, while not a description, of this Creative force.
LOVE affects Consciousness…in fact, it’s hard to discern, one from another, when Agape, or Buddha’s, ‘Lovingkindness’, is described, it becomes: indifferent Compassion, or, Love given without exception, or expectation.
If we can accept others Personal Truths as Valid, although, not necessarily yours, and realize that all Entities are at differing levels of Awareness of Truth, recognizing that each must travel his or her own Path, individually and together, then maybe we can Respect, Tolerate and even Value the differences!
THUS, the Truth; GOD (TAO) IS LOVE…
I ‘Touched’ my Soul, 28 yrs ago, when I did, I asked for Clarity in my Perceptions, I felt the Love within and without, and feel that my Soul is Made of the substance of Love, meaning that I have enough to give to everything…a bit of a Perpetual Universe Machine!
Since that moment I have sought to be: a Positive validation of the Presence of this Essence of Tao.
A Validation of truth.
